These are the rules we run on. They cost us a few sales up front and keep about 9 out of 10 customers coming back for years.
Local pickup is our specialty.
You see the cash before the box leaves your hand. Same-day across Worcester County and 25 miles out, scheduled when we are in your area for outer towns.
Open or expired, we cannot take.
Hard no on opened boxes, expired strips, blood, or moisture. No exceptions, even if we have to drive away empty.
Box damage bigger than a quarter, we cannot take.
Smaller dings or bent corners may be a deduction. We tell you on the photo review, before you commit.
Do not peel pharmacy labels off yourself.
Peeling almost always damages the box and turns a clean payout into a deduction. We remove and shred labels at the office before the strips go anywhere.
If you actually need your supplies, do not sell.
Cash now versus the strips your body needs in 30 days is not a trade we want any customer to make. Take care of your health first.

How fast do I get paid?

How far do you travel for a pickup?
Worcester County and up to about 25 miles out is the standard zone, with same-day pickups in the central area. We have driven up to ~50 miles for larger or batched pickups when we have a route out that way.
What if my box has a pharmacy label on it?
Leave the label on. Peeling it off yourself almost always damages the box. Send us a photo and we will quote it. We remove and shred labels ourselves at the office.
What about Medicaid- or Medicare-marked boxes?
Send us a photo for a quote. We do not blanket yes-or-no on the site — it is case by case.
How fresh do the boxes need to be?
Strips: 9+ months from expiration for full price. CGM sensors: 7+ months. Less than that, prices vary and we double-check before quoting.
What payment methods do you offer?
